Return Policy
 
Here at  AKG Naturals our highest priority is customer service and customer satisfaction.
 
Please understand that with some of our products it may take some time to achieve the desired results. However, if you should decide within 30 days upon receipt that the product has not performed to your satisfaction, we will be happy to issue a refund.
Returns must be sent back intact, un-used and in resalable condition.
A 15% restocking charge applies on all refunds.
Open or empty bottles / containers will not be accepted.
Any shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We request products to be returned by traceable means ( UPS, FedEx or some other form of insured mail ) and with freight pre-paid.
